So I'm busy building my case, I'm almost done. Then I realise: "Hey, I'm out of washers!" So I run down to Home Depot to buy some. Now, I had been up all the night the night before watching movies with my friends, so I was understandably tired. As I drove into the parking lot, I hit one of those large orange flatbed carts with my car. It completely destroyed my tire, as you can see here.
Y'see what I mean? That cost me almost $500 to get fixed. The costs of this comp were quickly rising. I went home immediately to finish the comp up, and to my horror snapped a resistor off the mobo as I was screwing it in. Suck. It took me two more weeks to get the money to buy a replacement, and then it was FINALLY time to finish the case.
